Mimecast – DP Secure Message Portal

We use Mimecast for our secure e-mails.  This enables you to access e-mails from us through a secure portal, with a password of your choice.  It is important that you read every message that we send to you by Mimecast and if you have any issues at all with using the portal and are unable to access your messages, please contact us as soon as possible.

Logging into Mimecast

To login to Mimecast for the first time you should have received a secure message notification from your Account Manager. You can finish setting up the account by clicking on the link in the email.

Once you have created the account you can access your DP Pensions Mimecast portal by clicking on the following link:


If you are experiencing issues logging into Mimecast please contact your Account Manager.

It is important that you inform us if your e-mail address changes.  Please contact us if you change your e-mail address as all secure message notifications will be sent to the e-mail that we hold on our records.
